Museum of Moldovan History: The exposits of this museum contain historical materials dating from antiquity till nowadays.The museum 's halls are designed and structured into scientific sections: Ancient history, Medieval, Basarabia and Contemporary history. Over 230.000 exhibits are exposed in the museum

Stefan cel Mare Boulevard -which length is 3.8 kilometers was frequently changed its name and face over the centuries. In 1944 the central part of the boulevard was almost completely destroyed, only 2-3 buildings remained unharmed.

The Memorial of War Heroes and the open air Museum of Military Vehicles - constructed in honour of warriors perished in the fights for the liberation of Moldova and its capital Chisinau from the German invaders in the years of World War II (1941-1945).
