Should I pay a deposit or rent through CVS.md?
No. CVS.md does not collect or hold the deposit, rent, or other lease payments for European listings. Agree payment terms directly and do not send money until you have verified the advertiser, the property, and the written agreement.
What should I verify before signing or paying?
Check the advertiser’s identity and authority to rent, confirm the property and address, view it in person or by a trusted live video process, read a written lease, and verify the payment recipient. Stop if information conflicts or pressure is applied.
