This Owner Agreement is entered into between CVS.md and the property owner. By listing your apartment, you agree to the terms described below.
CVS.md provides apartment listing, promotion, and tenant communication services.
The collaboration plan is selected during the apartment listing process.
Service fees (8.8% or 19.9%) are applied only after the tenant has paid the lease to you. The exact fee depends on the collaboration plan you selected.
You confirm that all provided information is accurate and that you have the legal right to rent the listed property.
You may remove your listing at any time. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
