The service fee covers the verification of each apartment and its owner before it is published on CVS.md and guarantees assistance from one of our agents throughout the booking process as well as upon signing the legal rental agreement.

Payments are made to the landlord in cash or by bank transfer after signing the lease agreement, no later than the check-in moment.

Upon owner approval, we'll send you a payment note for the non-refundable deposit (50 Euro - 94 Euro, depending on stay length) and the owner's bank details for direct payment.
The payment can be made via bank transfer, P2P (card to card), or any authorized payment systems in Moldova, including cash transfer
To determine the amount of the advance prepayment, please send your rental application online
4. Confirmation
After the owner confirms receipt of the prepayment, we will promptly email you the official reservation confirmation to the provided e-mail address.
