Owners usually want to understand the household, not only the number of people. Prepare a short description: one tenant, couple, family with children, colleagues, company staff, student, or remote worker. Keep it simple and factual.
Stay reason
A short reason for the rental makes the request easier to evaluate. Examples include work in Chisinau, relocation, family visit, medical treatment, study, embassy or organization work, business project, or temporary housing while arranging something longer.
Dates and flexibility
Prepare the preferred check-in date, expected check-out date, and whether your dates are flexible. If you may extend the stay, say so clearly. If you need a fixed date because of a flight, work start, or school schedule, mention that too.
Practical requirements
List only the requirements that really matter for your stay. This may include elevator access, parking, strong internet, separate beds, child-friendly space, pet permission, non-smoking apartment, invoice or company documents, late arrival, or proximity to a specific area.
