What happens after I submit the apartment?

CVS.md checks the submitted information, photos, rental terms, location, and owner details. If something is missing, we contact you before activation. The listing goes live only after the information is clear enough for tenants.

Do I get an owner admin account?

Yes. Once the owner account is active, you can sign in to the owner dashboard to review rental requests, update listing details, manage apartment information, and keep the process organized online.

Can I approve or reject tenant requests myself?

Yes. The owner keeps the final decision. When a tenant applies, you can review the request online and approve, reject, or ask CVS.md for clarification before any lease is signed.

What tenant information will I see?

You see the information needed to make a rental decision, such as requested dates, number of guests, stay purpose, city or country when available, and request status. Sensitive contact details can stay hidden until the request is confirmed through CVS.md.

How does secure chat work for owners?
