Confirm your right to list
For Chișinău, we ask for a valid ASP property extract and the owner’s ID before final publication. A representative also needs notarized authorization.
For EU properties, the check is simple: we may ask for a recent electricity or other utility bill, a local property document, or similar proof connecting you to the apartment. This is a basic platform check, not legal title verification.
