Open the apartment page, choose your move-in and move-out dates, add guest details, and send the online request. The owner receives the request online and can approve, reject, or ask a question. There is no payment at the first request step.
What happens before move-in and at move-out?
After owner approval, the rental terms are confirmed, the lease is signed online or in person, payment is completed, and keys are arranged. At move-out, the apartment condition and utilities are checked before deposit settlement.
When do I make the first payment?
You first send the online request without payment. The first payment is made only after the owner approves the request and the rental terms are confirmed. If the move-in date is later, any prepayment is shown and agreed before signing.
