How can I book an apartment for rent in Chisinau?

1. Online application

Place your rental application online by selecting the check-in date and length of stay.

After receiving your online request, we'll promptly engage with the landlord to obtain the approval.

2. Landlord approval

After receiving your online request, we'll promptly engage with the landlord to obtain the approval.

3. Prepayment / RESERVATION

Upon owner approval, we'll send you a payment note for the non-refundable deposit (50 Euro - 500 Euro, depending on stay length) and the owner's bank details for direct payment.

The payment can be made via bank transfer, P2P (card to card), or any authorized payment systems in Moldova, including cash transfer

To determine the amount of the advance prepayment, please send your rental application online

4. Confirmation

After the owner confirms receipt of the prepayment, we will promptly email you the official reservation confirmation to the provided e-mail address.
