How is the success fee calculated?

Our commission is performance-based and transparent. It is a percentage of the total signed lease value, collected only once a placement is successful:

  • Annual Stability (12m+): 9% of total contract value.
  • Business Flex (2-11m): 12% of total contract value.

We only earn our fee when you earn your rent. No placement, no cost.

What is included in Institutional Support?

These are "Above & Beyond" professional tiers handled by external experts. They are billed independently of the rental success fee:

  • Market Strategy: Continuous asset monitoring and dynamic price adjustments.
  • Legal Advocacy: Custom contract clauses for high-net-worth or diplomatic tenants.

Who is responsible for property damage?

Security is non-negotiable. We implement a strict security deposit system (1-2 months' rent). Combined with our digital inventory protocols at move-in and move-out, your investment remains protected.

Do I have to sign an exclusive contract?

No. We believe in our results. You are free to list your property elsewhere or find a tenant on your own. If we find the tenant, we earn the commission. If you find them, you owe us zero. This is a partnership based on merit.

How do you verify the tenants?

Every candidate undergoes a 3-step vetting process including Identity Verification, Employment/Sponsorship proof, and Social/Professional background checks to ensure "Corporate Ready" standards.

What if I am out of the country?

We specialize in managing properties for international owners. We handle digital contract signatures, coordinate with your local representative, and manage the entire move-in process remotely.
